Organize & Mobilize impacted communities to ensure there are restorative & reparative justice and reinvestment language in any cannabis-related rules or laws.
Provide relevant training, mentoring and technical support for communities and individuals disproportionately harmed by drug prohibition.
Build a diverse cannabis workforce to own or create their own cannabis business(es), or work within the cannabis and related ancillary industries.
Generate & Produce better industry standards that create an equitable and inclusive cannabis market within Philadelphia and Pennsylvania.
